Cancelling your ADO can be done in your online account center or by contacting customer support. Please keep in mind that ADO updates and cancellations must be done at least 5 business days before it is due to process in our system. See the below instructions on how to cancel your ADO and also our Cancellation terms in the document attached.
Cancel by calling support at 1-855-463-7486 or sending your request to email@example.com
- Login to your account.
- Go to Manage My ADO.
- Scroll to the bottom of the ADO Section.
- Under Order Summary you will see Cancel ADO.
- Select to cancel ADO and then "yes" when the pop up appears.
- You have successfully cancelled your ADO!
